Our Vision

* The Game Plan: *

FELONS-4-CHRIST CAN AND WILL FIX AMERICAS RECIDIVISM RATE PROBLEM! IT ALL STARTS WITH THIS SIMPLE FACT! WE PUT THE SAME PEOPLE WHO BENIFIT THE MOST FINACIALLY FROM THIS PROBLEM, IN CHARGE OF OUR REHABILITATION AND RECIDIVISM! AS A BUSINESS OWNER WOULD YOU WANT TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT MAKES YOU MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A YEAR? NO! WE HAVE TO PUT PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF OUR RECIDIVISM RATES THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND HAVE NO DOG IN THE FIGHT! WHEN THE PRISON SYSTEM IS AWARDED ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FOR A REPEAT OFFENDER THAN THEY GET FOR A FIRST TIME OFFENDER THE GOAL SLOWLY BECOMES TO HAVE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE FAIL AND RETURN TO PRISON A SECOND, THIRD, OR 4TH TIME TO RECIEVE AS MUCH FUNDING AS POSSIBLE FROM THE FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS! THIS HAS TO BE FIXED OR THIS FIGHT HAS NO FOUNDATION!

Felons-4-Christ (F4C) is an innovative faith-based and character-based reentry program designed to significantly reduce recidivism by addressing the root causes of criminal behavior. Unlike existing programs, F4C uses a structured, military-style approach, comprehensive trade training, and a robust support system for participants and their families.

This plan outlines the program's structure, operational strategies, marketing plan, financial projections, and funding requests needed to launch and scale F4C. The high recidivism rate and failures of current programs highlight the urgent need for solutions.

* 2. Mission Statement:

* To empower formerly incarcerated individuals to transform their lives through faith, discipline, skill development, and community support, leading to successful reentry and reduced recidivism. We aim to break the cycle of incarceration, rebuilding lives, families, and communities.

* 3. Products and Services: *

* 24-Month Residential Program (Prison-Based): *

Spiritual Development: Daily devotionals, Bible studies, chaplain services.

* Character Development: Focus on integrity, responsibility.

* Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:

Addressing destructive thought patterns.

* Trade Skills Training: Welding, culinary arts, barbering, cosmetology, etc.

* Life Skills Training: Job searching, budgeting, conflict resolution.

* Physical Fitness Program.

* Suicide Prevention and Special Detail Certification. *

18-Month Court-Ordered Program (Post-Release):

• Structured program with support, monitoring and weekly reporting to the courts/probation/parole.

* 26-Week County Jail Program:

* Focuses on foundational principles of the whole program and touches on the most important issues. More of a focus on reentry for “short timers” and pre-prison preparation classes for the rest. We will discuss expectations, the process, time cuts, judicial release, qualifications, stigmas, and other details that every inmate who has never been to prison before would wonder about like meals, phone calls, how to put money on your books, commissary, what to watch out for etc....

• The local F4C office in downtown Toledo will also help family members of incarcerated loved ones to help with issues they will be facing such as but not limited to; visitation, how to add money to their loved ones account, video visits, emailing their loved ones, texting their loved ones on their prison issued tablets, and many other issues. We will be there to support family members going through hard times financially with food banks, landlords that want to help people, and many other resources they may need while the bread winner is incarcerated.

* 4. Market Analysis:

* Our target market is adult males and females leaving correctional facilities. There is a significant need for effective rehabilitation programs due to the high recidivism rate. While faith-based, our focus on skills and mental wellness makes it attractive to a broad demographic.

* 5. Marketing and Sales Strategy: *

Partnerships:

* State Departments of Correction, county jails, judges, faith-based organizations, social services. Partner with [Organization Name] for [Specific Partnership Benefit]. *

Public Relations: *

* Media outreach, social media, success stories.

* Direct Outreach:

* Community groups and organizations serving formerly incarcerated individuals.

* 6. Operations Plan: *

* Facility: *

* Secure facilities designed for program needs. *

Staffing: *

* Hire qualified staff with experience in corrections, social work, and vocational training.

* Curriculum Development: *

Refine curriculum based on research and best practices.

* Technology:

* Implement a case management system by hiring case managers who really care.

* 8. Financial Projections: *

(Detailed projections provided separately.)

Funding will be diversified to increase stability, including grants, public funding, contracts, and private donations.

* 9. Funding Request: *

F4C requests funding to start the program and purchase curriculum and materials. Funds will be used for:

1. Office in Downtown Toledo

2. Curriculum

3. School supplies for 50 people

4. Furniture

5. Payroll

6. Staff

7. Computers

8. Transportation

9. Travel

10. Uniforms

11. All funding will go directly into the F4C business account and be subject to audit. An itemized list will be provided to all donors.

F4C will be 100% transparent. We are seeking partners and donors to cover initial startup costs and first-year operations. We have a financial strategy that includes obtaining grants and contracts with Toledo Community Corrections and the Ohio BOP.

An investment in F4C will have a significant return by reducing recidivism costs and improving community safety.

* 10. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success Measurement: *

* Recidivism-Specific KPIs: Re-arrest rate, re-incarceration rate, time to re-arrest, type of offense, violation rate.

* Program Completion & Engagement KPIs:

Completion rate, attendance rate, treatment participation.

* Post-Release Success KPIs: Employment rate, housing stability, substance abuse relapse rate.

* Qualitative KPIs: Participant and staff feedback.

* 11. Data Collection Strategies: *

* Self-reporting: Periodic surveys.

* Third-party verification: Confirm data with employers, educational institutions.

* Staff observations: Trained staff assessments.

* 12. Courses: *

* Foundational Life Skills: Financial literacy, resume building, communication skills, legal rights, health & wellness.

* Vocational Training: [Auto Macanics], [Paralegal], [others].

* Spiritual & Character Development:

Faith-based discipleship, anger management, restorative justice.

* Re-entry Planning & Support: Housing, transportation, social reintegration, relapse prevention, family support.

* Continuing Education: GED/HSE preparation, college credit programs.

* We will continue to strive and grow. The goal is to grow into a “live-in” facility with classrooms, dorms, lobby, offices, and a cafeteria yet still semi-small like the Toledo VOA.

** Other Side Programs Offered:

* F2F Mediation

*   Felons-4-Christ also offers a Felon-2-Felon/Peer to Peer Mediation. Everyone going to prison for the first time has fears, concerns, and questions. We aim to provide a resource class that provides a guideline on what to expect and what to avoid when arriving to your "Parent Institution". The anxiety of facing the unknown can cause acting out, problems, and other concerns that this class eliminates to help better run the facility and provide a resource to combat those who cause problems due to the fear of the unknown that a lot of people face while already being sentenced. Most facilities you can (and WILL) be waiting up to 8 weeks or more to "ride out" to the processing center and then to their assigned "Parent Institution".

   F4C will come to your county jail or prison twice a week and leave signup sheets for those who are interested in this resource/informational class. We offer this resource and support group in a class setting and also in a 1 on 1 session, if requested and if needed. This is where we talk about the more private stresses and fears of prison and jail. The fear and stress levels rise significantly while waiting to go to prison for the first time and also while in prison (dealing with the politics and dramas that one encounters while doing time. Sometimes people might just need someone who understands, to listen and offer advise).

* This has been statistically proven to reduce stress, fear, violence, and to help in other areas as well.

  * This service has a huge impact in a county jail setting and helps individuals who are waiting to go to prison for the first time or think they may be going to prison in the near future. We were amazed by the turn out when we first started this service. The classes are always full to capacity with people on waiting lists for seats to open in every facility this service is offered!

* If your facility is interested in providing this service, please contact us for service fees and details.

* Felons-4-Christ will soon initiate an alternative placement program. We hope to grow and continue to add programs that help reduce recidivism in our community. This program is still in the planning phase and not yet available or offered as a service provided by F4C.
